Christian Education - Ensure an opportunity for spiritual growth through ongoing education and special presentations.
Congregational Council - Oversee the ministries of the congregation.
Finance - Responsible for the financial affairs and investment of the congregation, including the insurance program and the function of the counters.
Good Samaritan - Coordinate a variety of programs including Angel Tree, Intentional Acts of Kindness, Wauconda/Island Lake Food Pantry, and P.A.D.S. (Public Action to Deliver Shelter).
Hospitality - Coordinates fun fellowship events, Sunday morning refreshments, and assists families with funeral luncheons at the church.
Joyful Outreach - Provide leadership to enable Messiah to reach out to others in Christian love, bringing them to faith in Christ.
Kids Club Board - Coordinate the operation of Messiah Kids Club Before & After School and Summer Camp Ministry.
Long Range Planning/Building - Plan for the future needs of the congregation in all aspects of its ministries. Serve as a liaison between the church and contractors to coordinate new construction.

Property - Provide planning and maintenance for our building, grounds, and equipment.
Staff Support and Mutual Ministry - Provide support to staff and serve as a liason and listening ear to the concerns of the congregation.

Worship and Music - Plan and provide services of worship to glorify and praise God and to receive his gifts in word and sacrament.
