• Care Network/Wauconda Care Center Worship - Volunteers share God's love to our neighbors and shut-ins with a friendly visit or phone call.  They assist at worship services for the nursing home on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10:30 am.
   

• Habitat for Humanity - Volunteers meet once a month to help build homes for families in need.  Habitat for Humanity Lake County website.
   

• Health and Wellness Ministry - Helping Messiah's faith community become aware of holistic health - physically, mentally, and spiritually to promote hope and healing.
   

• P.A.D.S. (Public Action To Deliver Shelter) - Messiah supports the Lake County homeless shelter on Saturdays from October through April (6:30 pm - 7:00 am) with shift volunteers and meals.
   

• Prayer Circle - People ready to pray for emergency needs.  Contact the church office via phone (847-526-7161) or e-mail if you have a prayer need.
   

• Quilters - Quilts are made and sent to aid the needy through Lutheran World Relief.

• 12 Step Support Groups - Messiah provides meeting space at The Rock for:

  • Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) - Wednesdays at 6:45 pm. 

  • Port in a Storm (Al-Anon) - Wednesdays at 8:00 pm. 
     

• Wedding Consultants - An opportunity to help families prepare for weddings at Messiah.
